PDF High-DPI Viewer + Crop

A 60‑second tour for first‑time users.

Select a PDF from the left tree.
Pick the file, then flip through pages until you reach the financial sections (BS / IS / CF).
Draw crop rectangles around the table area for the current statement.
You can add multiple crops if the table spans more than one page.
- Delete hides/masks the selected region (useful e.g. if you want to remove the last 3 months and keep the last 6 months when working on Q2).
- Undo brings back the last deleted area.
Save the crop using the right‑panel buttons.
Click Add BS Image, Add IS Image, or Add CF Image to capture the current rectangle as a thumbnail for that statement. Make sure you pick the correct statement type (BS / IS / CF) before saving.
- You can delete a wrong thumbnail and save it again under the correct section.
Verify thumbnails appear on the right panel.
If you see thumbnails, you’re ready for processing.
Press Start Processing.
We’ll process BS → IS → CF automatically and jump to the next file. Live status shows in the Log.
- Button disabled? Make sure at least one thumbnail exists for the current statement.
- Got an error? Check the Log (bottom‑left). You can retry from the right panel.

Add BS/IS/CF Image: saves the current crop as a thumbnail under the chosen statement.
Delete thumbnail: removes an unwanted capture before processing.
Ensure at least one thumbnail exists before clicking Start Processing.
